This privacy policy applies to all of the products, services and websites related to Bliquo, as well as their respective applications and interfaces for mobile devices (collectively, the "Service"), but not does apply to any third party sites that may be linked to them, or any relationships you may have with the businesses listed on the Service.

The terms "we", "us", and "Bliquo" refer to the legal entity behind Bliquo.com: ExperienceOn Ventures S.L. The terms "you" and "your" refer to you, as a user of the Service. The term "personal information" means information that you provide to us which allows you to be contacted or identified, such as your name, phone number, email address, and any other data that is tied to such information.

BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU SHOULD NOT USE THE SERVICE.

I. Information We Collect and How We Use It

We use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the collection of personal information is limited to that which is necessary to fulfill the purposes identified below. If we use your information in a manner different than the purpose for which it is collected, then we will ask you for your consent prior to such use.

When engaging with any service of Bliquo, and especially if you decide to register as a user of the Service, you provide Bliquo with two types of information: personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected by us, and usage information collected by us as you interact with our Services.  

Account information. If you create an account to take advantage of the full range of services offered by Bliquo.com, we ask for and record personal information such as your name, email address, account password, gender, address or home town, date of birth and any other personal or preference information that you provide to us. We may use your email address to send you updates and news, as well as contact you on behalf of other users (such as other users who send you compliments, personal messages, or share with you their lists, ratings, bookmarks and reviews posted within the Service). For certain services, we may give you the opportunity to opt out these notifications (in order for you not to receive notifications or e-mail of this type). For certain services, including but not limited to advertising programs and online reservations, we may also request credit card or other payment account information which we maintain in encrypted form on secure servers. Bliquo may in the future also combine the information you submit under your account with information from other Bliquo services, affiliated or third party services, in order to provide you with a better experience and to improve the quality of our services. If you provided personal information from a third party shall, previous, to its inclusion been informed and obtain their consent according with this Privacy Policy and the Terms of use of the web Bliquo.

Submissions. We store and may publicly display your submissions in order to provide the services that we offer. When we display your submissions, we do so together with your account name. The term "submissions" refers to the information that you submit or post to the Service for public display, such as your business ratings, lists, reviews, photos, and the information that you display as part of your account profile.

Feedback. If you contact us to provide feedback, register a complaint, or ask a question, we will record any personal information and other content that you provide in your communication so that we can effectively respond to your communication.

User Communication. In order to allow you to share with others your business ratings, lists, or to communicate with other users of the Service, or to send and receive current status, recent activities or personal messages to other registered users of the Service, we do record the actions that you perform using the Service. In case you choose to also connect with your friends using Facebook Connect, we also store & retrieve information in accordance with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of Facebook Connect, to which you must then, in addition to Bliquo´s Privacy Statement & Terms of Service, also comply. By doing so, you agree to and authorize Bliquo.com´s Service to post, broadcast or display certain actions (including but not limited to ratings, lists, reviews, current status or status updates) over third party communication channels and/or web sites, such as the Facebook web site. The Facebook Terms of Use and Privacy Policy can be found at http://www.facebook.com/terms.php and http://www.facebook.com/policy.php .  

Activity. We record information relating to your use of the Service, such as the searches you undertake, the pages you view, your browser type, IP address, requested URL, referring URL, and timestamp information. We use this type of information to administer the Service and provide the highest possible level of service to you. We also use this information in the aggregate to perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the Service. In addition, we may also use this information to develop new services, ensuring technical quality of service, and improve the display of customized content and advertising. You cannot be identified from this aggregate information. Bliquo may process personal information on our servers, located in a country outside your own country. In some cases, we may process personal information on behalf of and according to the instructions of a third party, such as our advertising partners.

Cookies. We send cookies to your computer in order to uniquely indentify your browser and improve the quality of our service. The term "cookies" refers to small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer's hard drive while you are viewing the web site or other service. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them). Persistent cookies can be removed by following your browser help file directions. If you choose to disable cookies, some areas of the Service may not display properly, or the service may not work at all.

Enforcement. We may use the information we collect in connection with your use of the Service (including your personal information) in order to investigate, enforce, and apply our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

II. Transfer of Information

We may distribute your submissions to third parties, as permitted pursuant to our Terms of Service. The third parties may in turn publicly display or publish your submissions in connection with their own websites and media platforms. When we distribute your submissions to third parties, we typically include your account name (but not your personal information unless you include it within your submissions).

We may share your personal information with third parties to provide you with services that we offer through the Service, conduct quality assurance testing, facilitate creation of accounts, provide technical and customer support, or provide specific services, such as synchronization of your contacts with other software applications, in accordance with your instructions. These third parties are required not to use your personal information other than to provide the services requested by you.

We may share your personal information with our parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under a common control (collectively, "Affiliates") that we may have now or in the future, in which case we will require them to honour this Privacy Policy. Bliquo may also come to offer some of our services in connection with other services, websites and/or business partners. Personal information that you provide to those sites may be send to Bliquo in order to deliver the service. We process such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The affiliated sites may have different privacy policy and practices, and we encourage you to read their privacy policy. If another company acquires our company or our assets, that company will possess your personal information, and will assume the rights and obligations with respect to that information as described in this Privacy Policy.  

We may disclose your personal information to third parties in a good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) take action regarding suspected illegal activities; (b) enforce or apply our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; (c) comply with legal process, such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order; or (d) protect our rights, reputation, and property, or that of our users, affiliates, or the public. Please note that we are not required to question or contest the validity of any search warrant, subpoena or other similar governmental request that we receive.

We may disclose information in the aggregate to third parties relating to user behavior in connection with actual or prospective business relationship with those third parties, such as advertisers and content distributors. For example, we may disclose aggregated, non-personal information, such as the number of users that have been exposed to, or clicked on, advertising banners, offerings or made online reservations through the Service.

We may use third party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit the Service. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods, services and offerings of interest to you. We do not share sensitive, personal information with such third parties, and such information that we may share does not identify you individually.

III. Invitation of Others

You may choose to provide us with another person's e-mail address to invite the person to use the Service. We use this information to contact and, if necessary, remind that person about the invitation. By providing us with another person's e-mail address, you represent to us that you have obtained the consent of the person to share his or her e-mail address with us. We may disclose such information if required to do so in order to comply with legal process, as described above.

IV. Links

The Service may contain links to third party websites to which we have no affiliation. Except as set forth herein, we do not share your personal information with those third parties, and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We suggest you read the privacy policies on all such third party websites.  

Bliquo may within and across our services present links in a format that enables us to keep track of whether these links has been followed. We use this information to improve the quality of our search technology, customize content and advertising.

V. Controlling Your Personal Data

To the extent you include personal information within your submissions (such as a photo of yourself), third parties may be able to identify you, associate you with your user account, and contact you. Third parties can also associate you with your user account using the social features on the Service, but only if the third party already knows your name and you include information in your submissions that allow the third party to distinguish you from other users who might share the same full name. Please do not include information in your submissions that you expect to keep private.  

As a registered Bliquo user, you can modify some of your personal information and your privacy preferences by accessing, for example, the "My account" section of the Going Out Application. Furthermore, you may choose to disable the Facebook Connect and thus no longer be able to communicate lists, ratings, reviews with your facebook friends.

Registered users who wish to close their account should provide Bliquo with a notice of termination: accounts@bliquo.com. If you close your account, we may still retain your personal information in our systems ir order to fulfill with our legal obligations.  After, we will erase your data.

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure and object by mail to our address specified in the first part of this document or by our support email accompanying copy of a document that identifies you.

VI. Security

Your account is password protected. We use industry standard measures to protect the personal information that is stored in our database. We limit the access to your personal information to those employees and contractors who need access to perform their job function, such as our customer service personnel. If you have any questions about the security of the Service, please contact us. Although we take appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that your personal information will never be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

You hereby acknowledge that Bliquo is not responsible for any intercepted information sent via the Internet, and you hereby release us from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of intercepted information in any unauthorized manner.

VII. Terms and Modifications to this Privacy Policy

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time, and we will post any new versions on this page. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent, and we expect that most changes will be minor. However, in case we make any material changes in the way we use your personal information, we will provide a prominent notice (including, for certain services, e-mail notification to the last e-mail address you provided to us and/or by prominently posting notice of the changes on our website). Any changes will be effective immediately for all users of the Service. Please note that at all times you are responsible for updating your personal information to provide us with your most current e-mail address. In the event that the last e-mail you have provided us is not valid, or for any reason is not capable of delivering to you the notice described above, our dispatch of the e-mail containing such notice will nonetheless constitute effective notice of the changes described in the notice. In any event, changes to this Privacy Policy may affect our use of personal information that you provided us prior to our notification to you of the changes. Continued use of the Site following notice of such changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.

VIII. Enforcement

Bliquo will review its compliance with this Privacy Policy regularily. If you believe that Bliquo has not adhered to this Privacy Policy you may write to support@bliquo.com. In your correspondence, please describe in as much detail as possible ways in which you believe the Privacy Policy has not been complied with. We will investigate your complaint promptly.
